One of the most popular attractions in Grosse Pointe is the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House. The estate was home to Edsel Ford, the son of Henry Ford, and his wife Eleanor. It’s now a museum that offers tours of the house and grounds. Visitors can explore the beautiful gardens, designed by renowned landscape architect Jens Jensen, and the stunning home, which features art and antiques from around the world.

For those who love history, the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, also known as the Russel A. Alger, Jr. House, is a must-visit from private boat docks for rent. The memorial is located on the shores of Lake St. Clair and was built in honor of the veterans who served in World War II. Today, the site is a cultural center that offers a variety of events and programs, including concerts, art exhibits and educational workshops.
