Marietta is a charming Ohio riverfront town steeped in history and natural beauty. The town was the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory and offers a wide range of attractions for visitors to check out from marinas, private boat slip rentals and docks.

The Ohio River and Muskingum River

Situated at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers, Marietta is an ideal spot for scenic riverfront activities. Take a leisurely walk along the riverside trails or enjoy a boat ride to soak in the views. Several local marinas have boat rentals, fuel pumps, docking and ramps for access to the broad Ohio River. Mound Cemetery
